We invite you to live an authentic and unforgettable culinary experience at our Agriturismo Su Cuile, where you can enjoy a delicious traditional Sardinian fixed menu for €45 per person, designed to enhance the flavors of our land. For the little ones, up to 10 years old, the menu is available for only €20.
The evening begins with a welcome aperitif, which includes Vermentino di Gallura, pane guttiau and olives. The starters offer a variety of flavors with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, ricotta, stewed or sweet and sour garden vegetables, and stewed meat. The proposals may vary depending on the availability of the raw material of the day.
As first courses, we offer gnocchi with sausage sauce, ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach with fresh basil sauce, and the traditional Gallura soup with local herbs. For the second courses, we serve a roast suckling pig (the typical Sardinian suckling pig) raised by us and accompanied by a side dish of potatoes and fresh vegetables.
The dinner ends on a sweet note with a honey seada. During the meal, we offer you water, Cannonau wine, coffee and digestive.
